Co-founder of the Spiritual Alliance to Stop Intimate Violence, Riane Eisler is internationally recognized for her groundbreaking research and her activism for human rights, peace, and equity. She is president of the Center for Partnership Studies and a Commissioner of the World Commission on Global Consciousness and Spirituality. She keynotes conferences worldwide and consults for business and governments.

Apart from speaking to diverse groups about apartheid and the continuing struggle in South Africa, Naomi Tutu, daughter of South African Archbishop Desmond Tutu founded and was chairperson of the Tutu Foundation, helping South African refugees in African countries.  She also served on the advisory committee of the Archbishop Tutu Southern African Scholarship Fund.

Later, Naomi carried out consulting work in South Africa looking into educational and professional opportunities for Black women and has since taught courses on development issues and education in Africa at the Universities of Hartford and Connecticut and Brevard College in North Carolina.  She has also worked at the University of Cape Town where she was a Program Coordinator at the African Gender Institute.  She was in charge of programs on Race and Gender, and Gender-based violence in education. From 1999-2002, Naomi served as Program Coordinator for the Race Relations Institute at Fisk University and at the beginning of 2003 took up the position of Associate Director of the newly formed Office of International Programs at Tennessee State University in Nashville.  Since 2005 Ms Tutu has worked as a motivational speaker, conference diversity facilitator and women’s retreat leader.

Naomi holds a BA in Economics and French and an MA in International Economic Development.  In addition she was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by the Universal Orthodox College of Ogun State, Nigeria in 1985. 

Licia is a social activist, children's author, and photographer. She spends her time working to "make a more loving and peaceful world."  Licia volunteers with Horizons for Homeless Children and Community Care Services, providing enrichment for children in homeless shelters. She also works with New Hope, caring for children in domestic abuse shelters, working with children from domestic violence situations and assisting with an elementary school program that addresses abuse and bullying.

Licia spends time researching scientific journals for information on abuse and it's physiological effects on children as well as what science can show us about raising happy, healthy children.

Joe is an entrepreneur, primarily focused on real estate and software. He is the president of Land Development-Northeast, a company that has developed nearly 1 million square feet of commercial real estate. He is also the president of Trade Area Systems, a premier provider of market analysis software for retail real estate.

Joe is interested in the application of evolutionary theory to human behavior and culture with the goal of finding insights for solutions to problems found in all modern societies. This has led him to domestic violence and child abuse as major leverage points.
